Webb 6-14 amp, what's it worth?

I am thinking of selling a Webb 6-14 amp that is about 8-10 years old. It has maroon tolex, is all original except the 15" JBL has been replaced by a Black Widow. It's in near mint condition with cover and reverb control still in bag. A friend wants to buy it and give me a fair price. What is it worth? Thanks.
