Hey Kenny I do still have the BC-3 case. As far as I remember the BCB-3 never had the foam in the lid. I have bought two brand new and niether had foam. The BCB-6 I owned did have foam but not the smaller case.
The one for sale is in very good condition and was seldome used. Let me know if you would like it.
