| I bought this amp off of Bobby and when UPS got it here it has been dropped and busted the cab. He has filed a claim but ups deliverd another package here Friday and did not pick up the amp. Do I need to call them also and report it. He has insured the amp. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. |

| Lyle, What a bummer! I have a Data bass, and they are a super amp. as far as the claim? It will probably be handled at the shipper's end, but save your box, packing material and leave everything the way you recieved it. UPS will probably want to examine the box, amp and how it was packed. It would not hurt to contact UPS from your end, too. Goodluck. |
