Looking for a knee lever and a few other parts. Anyone know of a steel salvage yard? Maybe they've all been crushed by now?

To Scott and Rich or whom ever. I need 2 knee lever kits. One to raise strings 1 and 7 , and one to lower 2 and 9 on a MSA D10 classic 1974. If you can help please give a price on these parts . Thanks Paul:
