How much would a Melobar Skreemer be worth that has some noticable nicks on the side, has a hole drilled in the neck at the 12th fret, and has had a 7th string added ?

If it were in real good original shape, you'd be looking at something maybe in the $500-$600 range. But with the finish in poor condition, and with an "added" string, it'd be worth about half of that, or a little less. I'm thinking probably $250.

"Butchered" instruments (and it sounds like that what this is) aren't worth anything as far as collector value goes. It's strictly a "player", or a "beater" axe.
