I have just recieved my copy of Meine's Cd "Sinnefjoer". Lovely steel playing, and
that Sho-bud sounds great !
Instead of giving us the regular fare of American Country, not that there is anything wrong with that,
he opted to present us with a selection of beautifull folk-songs from his
native country, Friesland (in the Netherlands). I really enjoyed listening to the steel being
used in this idiom. The arrangements are all well worked out, well recorded, and a lot of effort
has gone into the sleeve design.
This CD should be in everyone's collection !
Well done Meine !
Now for that country CD!
Regards,
Nic
