I had the night off and only 1 mile from where I live fellow forumite Eric West was pickin'. As many of you know, Eric tunes his Pro-II Marrs conversion straight up and it sounded great. He has also become quite the tele picker. He runs both axes into his POD into a NV-400 and NV-112. Although he tried to feed me the "I haven't touched my steel in a week" line, his intonation was accurate; playing was inspired and knocked me out with some of his C6 playing. If you're ever up this way, send him an E to find out where he's playing. If nothing else, you will enjoy his company and antics.

Hey, My antics gave gotten me through a lot of the times of "nothing else"...

Many more to come god willing.

Love you Doug-

Now that you're drinking again...

(That's probably why I sounded "in tune". Pop in that Shania "Up!" CD, and I'll sound "out" again..)

My guitar? Like I told somebody. My left hand finally just got bored to tears...

Thanks Doug. You're too kind sometimes..

Your Friend, and Obedient Servant.

Old Eric West..
