Anyone know who played steel on "Good People" by Jeff Bates? VERY COOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Great solo... Actually there are 4 steel/lead guitar solos in the song.
I've been working on it for the last couple of days but seem to have run into a wall on the third solo. ( the one that begins with the open string hammer ons) That solo in particular is amazing!..
I've inserted a link to the steel parts of the song if anyone's interested.
Any help with the third solo would be appreciated.
