I sometimes go months on end with out seeing another steel player here in Kingman Az.
Today while following my wife around our local Wal-Mart a total stranger walks up to me and said I noticed your Pedal Steel tee shirt, do you play steel?
When I said why yes I do, he told me he did also, and introduced himself to me.
Ron Epperson from around Riverside Ca. So we stood and blocked the aisles in Wally World while we disscussed what kind of equipment we're using, and the steel players we know!LOL.. Had a great visit!!
Only in the steel guitar world do things like this happen..
Looking forward to a better and longer visit next time!!

Larry
