Yes Im here to try & find a good steel player in the Cleveland,TN (or Chattanooga/Ooltewah) area... but does anyone know some good drummers & bass players?

Primarily Haggard-ish stuff... similar to what you hear on broadway in Nashville.

Thanks,

Anthony Sims www.myspace.com/HillbillyDeluxeBand

Hi Anthony...welcome aboard..and to SE Tennessee.
You'll want to know that Billy Taylor is here in Chattanooga..good player, good teacher. He has the band that plays on the Southern Bell Riverboat.
In Dayton is Bobby Beard...has a barber shop across the street from the old Monkey Trial courthouse.
There are a few others that I'm sure you'll meet..and a a couple of hackers like me. But..I sure love that Haggard stuff!
