Opry member, Billy Walker, his wife Betty, and two band members left us tonight as a result of a vehicular accident, on the way home from a gig, of all things. More details should be forthcoming. Respectfully submitted, RK

This is terrible news. Another loss for the country music fans. His wife and band members are a great loss as well. I always liked Billy and watched him on the televised portion of the Opry. Just unbelieveable.

This is such sad news, please keep us posted. My prayers are with Billy and Betty's family and loved ones, I loved Billy's music alot. I will miss them both.
