Does anyone know or have info on Bill Bohn? He was from Iowa but I don't remember where. I did a recording session for him back in the 70's at "Big K" recording studio in Kansas City, Mo. The song was "Pinball Boogie". Bill was the singer on the record and I was told later started playing steel. He was the P.R. man for (I Think) the NFO (National Farmers Org?).
Mike Gross will be playing "Pinball Boogie" next week on his Friday afternoon www.swinginwest.com webcast. |

Jack,
That is a good one and you play some super steel on that one. It will be my pleasure to share it with the world.

Thanks, Ray. I did that recording in 1976 or 77. I thought he was living in the Des Moines area at the time, but that was many years ago. |
