"This Old Heart", Darrell McCall. On a Bear Family reissue. There are a lot of steel players listed, but sounds like Pete Drake.

Dave's got it! It is really Darrell McCall with Pete Drake on steel. Recorded ca. 1960 in the Starday studios in Nashville!
