Now playing on Jerry's Music Page, is an old record with Ernie Cornileson on vocal.....that was recorded back in 1941.
Jerry Byrd is definitely NOT playing in the later-to-be C6th tuning for which he became so legendary.
One can also see that Jerry's fabulous back-up had not yet reached full maturity at that early date.
Go to Google for a direct way to the Jerry Byrd Fan Club site. Hope you'll enjoy this little glimpse back into the past.
