Okay, the CMAs will be in New York and hosted by Brooks and Dunn this year, which does not bode well in my estimation, but that aside, are there any pickers in NYC this week for the CMAs? I would love to come see one of you play in between my own gigs or even just hang out somewhere.
There are a number of odd country/NYC pairings (Country meets Broadway???) but maybe there are some non-mainstream pickers who will be in town.
