Allan, I just finished a two week Patsy Cline Show with fiddler Mickey Davis. I asked Mickey about Dino and he said he was on tour with a nationally famous act but I can't recall exactly who it was. I remember that it was a rock-oriented female singer. Dino's home base may be Jackson, Mississippi. I know this probably doesn't help much but it is all I have.

Allan, last time I visited with Dino was when he came to Jackson Ms. to Play with some old Local friends. Dino told me he wasn't doing much Live playing dates anymore.. mostly recording. He lives in Nashville, Tn. somewhere.

Ken, What part of Ar. are you in? have we met before? your name sounds familiar but I can't put a face to it? Mickey Davis is a blast from the past... wasn't he the guy that played with Ben Marney?

Jeff, I live in a small town near El Dorado, AR. Mickey Davis grew up in El Dorado but sometime later move to Jackson, MS. He recently moved back to Arkansas. I'm not sure who all he's played with but he's a top notch fiddler. I think he worked mainly with the Jackson synthony while doing session work on the side. I really didn't know Mickey until the last couple of weeks, although I've been hearing about him for most of my playing career.
