I wanted to post a couple of pictures of David and Jonathan. For those of you that weren't able to make it to St. Louis, David received the Clay Savage Memorial 2005 Appreciation Award for an outstanding contribution to the art of playing the steel guitar and furthering knowledge to young players of the instrument. David and Jonathan have become great buddies over these last two years. Congratulations goes out to David for a very deserving award, and keep up the great work Jonathan...you rock dude!

I would like to publicly thank David and congradulate him on this award. There is nothing better that Jonathan likes doing than playing music on his MSA and hanging out with his bud David. He even got to spend some time with David at the airport on the trip home. You cant put a price on moments like these....for sure
Dee Dee thanks for the post and pictures

It was our honor and pleasure, (the PSGA ) to award David, the "Clay Savage Award". His caring and working with Jonathan was outstanding. We need to have more people like David, who, are willing to sacrifice their time and effort in order to advance the knowledge of the PSG.
Again, "Congratulations" !!!!
