Who was the Steel Player on RFD TV last night? - I think he was Johnny Rodrigous (spelling?) Steel Player - also on the show was Gene Watson and Jeanne Pruett - I noticed Curly Chalker was on the Wilburn Bothers show.

Hey Ron,
I was gonna ask this too. Hope someone will know. I saw both programs you mentioned. Don't know when they were recorded, but must've been a few years ago. I don't think I would've even recognized Gene Watson!

I was pretty impressed with the things he was doing considering the age of the show.

Ralph Emery announced his nickname as "Roho" or "Rowhoe" when they called him to the front for Johnny's kick demo. They said his name but I don't remember what it was. Man, my memory is so bad that the other night in bed I call my wife by the name of "Jan". Her name is "Margie".

The name Ralph announced was not Stu's.

Yes, David Burns is the name of the steel player on that show. They did indeed mention that the band was Johnny's.
