Steel City Playboys"-Help needed.

Again-here`s a nut for you! Got an old 45 record today by "The Steel City Playboys" playing "Water baby boogie". But do you have a name for the steeler? I believe from the sound that it may be from the 60`s.The instrumental tune sound mostly like a lap steel,while there is a simple old fashioned pedal steel on the vocal track backing.The recording is done in Leeds,Ala. if this is a track to follow.If you have any idea of the steelers name,please let me know.
