Help!

I recently re- recorded the Keith Hilton tape 'Jammimng to the Rock Tunes of the 1950s' onto CD and destroyed the tape. I now find that the CD is damaged and will not play.

The tape was from the early 1970s and gave a useful alternative view of speedpicking that I would like to preserve.

Has anyone got a copy of the tape that I can borrow in order to recover the data?
