You know what? I just like everything this guy plays.
Got this CD a few days ago, from b0b, and it's great, like I knew it would be. If there was a button that would get me this tone, I'd push it for sure. (Reminds me of Buddy on the "Blue Jade" recording).
From the very first, you know you can trust this guy, and just kick back and enjoy the "Trip to the Country".
Excellent studio sound, also. Very professional.

I completely agree!! I listen to this CD a bunch. Jody is a great player and deserves more attention. Besides all that, he is one great guy!!

You guys are sooooo right! For years now Jody has quietly gone about the business of playing wonderful steel guitar. I'm so glad he has done this great record. Now the whole world can know.....

I just got a CD and it is playing in my car stereo.I heard some Jody`s playing before and it always amazes me.Even before when he recorded on his GFI I tough it sounded awesome and the tone was great.This CD is great and it is filed with excelent steel work.I also enjoyed wonderful singing.I`m glad that guitar I loved (and had to sell) found such a great home.It sounds amazing.Great music Jody my friend and keep up with a good work.Only thing I don`t understand is why are you not playing professionaly for a artist because you could if you wanted to.Great CD for anyone who likes a good real country music.

Jody has made a great CD. It is well produced and his playing is second to none.
Congrats on a must have CD Jody!
It's hard to find a favorite cut, but I really like Green Gumbo. It's Brumley and Emmons all rolled into one. Great job Jody,
