I heard this amazing solo version of "Jesus Loves Me" on steelradio.com. No artist was listed. Any idea who the player was?

thanks a ton,
Drew

That has to be the great Mike Smith - isn't that second verse just beautiful!!!!?

I stll think that particular track is one of the best-ever steel recordings.

There's tab for the first half of it in the tab section. You'll probably have to do a search for it.

Here's the link to the tab:

Mike has reissued his old album, 'Dreams Of India' (where this track originated), and he added two new cuts.

If you aren't familiar with Mike's amazing playing, then I suggest you go to his web-site and get the CD - it's some of the best playing you'll ever hear.

It's the second half of Mike's track that needs tabbing out!
