(and the rest of us) have lost too many good friends/steel playing icons lately. I think he may need cheering up.Wont you all please help cheer up this Great friend of the steel guitar? Bobbe, if you cheer up I promise, I WONT send another pic of me playing steel guitar in my cowboy boots and boxer shorts.....But if you dont.....

I'll be there all next week and if there isn't a rise in the Nashville Laughter Quotient, I'll die trying..
I hope the store staff doesn't have me arrested before he realises that it's me. I don't think my cashmere pullover and poodle skirt would go over real good in the nashville jail.. or maybe it would...
It has been a rather sad year for losing good friends.
No Smiley.

You guys are way to nice to me, yes, I've lost many very close friends, relatives and business partners. It seems the funerals are coming by faster than I can go to them. Bad thing is, they don't seem to be letting up. All of these deaths are very close to me.
Hall of fame? Just remember, if they put me in, that means that someone, possibly more deserving, won't be in it as soon.
But I truly appreciate all you wonderful friends that think I should be there.
If I can be in everyone's personal Hall Of Fame, what else really matters? Nothing else matters.
Thank you, all my caring friends.

Bobbe..........
Please count me as one of your supporters AND friend. I truly think you should be in the SGHOL !! Your support of the PSG is know world-wide. My toughts dosen't even begin to approach the many, many sessions you have made #1 hits simply because of your excellent playing and support.
If the SGHOL vote was open to the public, I'm sure you would have been there long, long ago.

Bobbe, you don't need to worry about displacing someone more deserving of being in the SGHOF. There is no such person. Jody Carver is already there. |
