A couple of olden goldies from the past are now ensconsed on the JBFC site. Hope you'll enjoy them Ken Marvin is one of the original Lonzo & Oscar team mates and he is doing a pretty one with lots of steel guitar on it.

Thank you Ray for posting some more of the fine steel playing by Jerry Byrd. Ken Marvin made a small shot at recording on his own his biggest seller was I believe-Why Don't you Haul Off and Love Me. At the same time a number of singers recorded the song. But Jerry is the main man here. I wonder how many times Jerry recorded Don't Sing Aloha When I Go. Again thank you Ray

I was aware of only one recording of that tune but I'm certainly not an authority on that subject. Hope you and others truly enjoy hearing Jerry's playing as it won't be around forever........ I don't know how these old 78's managed to survive this long; some 20 or more household moves including one to Crescent City, Calif., back in the late 1980's. What a move that one turned out to be. Appreciate hearing from you.
