Who played on this Kenny Loggins hit?

A girl DID sing it: Anne Murray
But that was after the Loggins & Messina version. As I recall Rusty Young played steel on that album ('Sittin' In').
I saw those guys in a small club in Houston in 1972. Messina is still one of my favorite guitar players.
