I play in a band with my son and two other young gentlemen. Needless to say, their perspective and aspirations for the future differ a little from mine.

I get "Bobbe's Tips" and have found the lessons that he learned on the road to be extremely entertaining and useful. I would love to read more of these from you seasoned players that learned valuable lessons on the road with the "stars", irrigardless of how big a star, or what era it was in. You guys have a lot of wisdom to share and I would love to pass it along to younger players.

Ken, if everyone would be straightforward about the "lessons learned" from being on the road, I think the best advice would be: STAY HOME.
