Who played 'Trailer Park Boys' xmas special?

Last night's (Sunday Dec.12) "Trailer Park Boys" hour-long christmas special, which was hilarious, featured a special guest star-- prominent, almost non-stop solo pedal steel.

Whoever it was soloed the theme song, incindental music, seasonal songs, then appeared onscreen before the climatic sequence, playing ("Greensleves"?) before a midnight mass congregation. The scene was only briefly interrupted by the character Bubbles, who remarked, "this guy is ******* awesome!"

I thought it might be someone from The Sadies, but I don't know. Does anyone know who got this glorious gig? It sounded great.

Hi Dwayne, John Campbelljohn from NS scored/played the Steel parts for the show however it was an actor who mimed the church scene.
