Hi Carl, I wish you could have been with us this morning at a local Catholic Elementary School for grandparents day where a couple of our grandchildren attend. There were several hundred grandparents quietly seated in the auditorium then all eight grade classes entered in an orderly manner. There was no whooping and hollering or vulgar language, only an erudite display of civility. First four of the students, individually, before the michophone on stage prayed in a different language; English, Spanish, French and Latin. Then each class sang songs reflecting the depression era of 1929, World War ll and some contemporary music. All were accompanied by an accomplished pianist. As we sat there and enjoyed the performances I thought of you and what you stand for. I think that your neighbors are very lucky indeed and there are many of us here that would like you back. May Jesus bless you real good my friend.
