The school term has started back and I am back in my classroom teaching English. I have asked, and been granted permission to sponsor a guitar club as part of our after school program. On the first meeting I had four regular guitar players and one fifteen year old boy brought his dobro. It is a Regal and he can play a number of tunes. I now keep my Sierra Artist at the back of the classroom. It has been of great interest to the kids. I am hoping this year to perhaps get some new recruits for the pedal steel. It is a pity that pedal steels are so expensive. I shall keep my eyes on ebay for something.

Bring 'em all on to the next Georgia Peach Jam. The GaSGA is in the process of putting the next one together. Stay tuned for more details!
