This was a Western thing, they shot ball0ns from running horsed with black powder loads in Ruger pistols.
The music started at 5 00, and we played till 11 00. Very good lead man and his wife played bass, a drummer, and guitar and steel.
The crowd was very receptive and really loved Hank williams songs best. Three singers, the two guitar players and the wife that played bass, all of them right on, this is the kind gig you live for.
One of the lead singers is going to Quitman Friday night again, he went two weeks ago and was recieved verry well.
