Mike Sweeney Live -- astounding stuff

Sitting here listening to Mike Sweeney's newest CD release "From The Bandstand" I felt compelled to say publically that the young man amazes me. Fifteen steel guitar instrumentals all recorded live from the bandstand at the Nashville Palace. Truely studio quality, and Mike's renditions of "Valentine" and "Superstar" are worth the price of the CD. (I have no financial interest in Mike's stuff -- just a big fan of his)

All I can say is, I'm touched deeply by your comments. It means alot when it comes from someone you've listened to on records growing up and wishing you could do what they do. I'm still wishing I could. Thanks very much.
