How do I reach Stepping Stone Music

I have a tab book and cassette I purchased on E-Bay some time back. It was done by Rick Kornacker of Stepping Stone Music, he calls it the Session Pick Series. It is the Alan Jackson tune "Don't Rock The Jukebox". Very well done but he doesn't give a PH# of how to reach him. Does anyone have the information of how to reach Rick?
