AM/FM stereo radio system with three speed turntable. Mine is a great little addition to my expensive stereo stystem.

Sure it is! Unfortunately I sold all my 78rpm records a few years back because I didn't have a player anymore!

Well, Walter, you know the circle never ends. Now you can Start looking for those old 78's again hehehe. Now, Ray, don't you start up a thread on those god forsaken, bulky 8-track tapes ot you might start a riot lol !!!

You are right, the circle really never ends! Did you know that they already started producing vinyl records again, this time with bonus tracks (songs that are not on CD!). Funny world!

There are places one can buy OLD 78's for double or triple what YOU likely sold yours for. Need the address?
8-tracks, eh? I just happen to have a neat little recorder that will allow you to record you old 78's or LP's onto blank 8-tracks........ Gee's, you could likley corner the market if you get hoppin' on this. TIMING is the key to success!! Let me know if I can help! |

Ed,
Especially the Rockabilly kids are going crazy for vinyl records, companies even started to make new record players, like the portable ones they made in the 50's. Retro Rockabilly bands produce a lot of EPs and 45 singles, some of of them they even announce proudly as "not available on CD"!
The wheel is turning backwards!

Ray,
One of the best things I ever bought was my CD Recorder. It's a neat little machine with a double CD deck (for copying full CDs or single tracks). I have hooked this up to my stereo and now I can burn CDs directly from LP, 45 or cassette tapes. I can also connect my Mini Disc Recorder and go from MD directly to CD. I use this all the time!

I got one back in October because I did not have a working turntable. Considering what dampness has done to my 5 cd player I use this unit for everything and it sits to my left under my desk.
