Tonight at the Rodeo Bar NYC,(27th st and 3rd ave), the lovely and talented Skip Krevens will strum meliflousley upon the big steel guitar with NY's most neurotic western swing orchestra, The Western Caravan. See: www.westerncaravan.com.

Seriously folks, Skip is a great player and has kindly stepped up to the plate for a week or so, while I get a bunged up knee repaired. If I could manage to get out tonight I'd go for a good listen. (lesson?)

Well, I managed to get a ride into the Rodeo Bar last night, and sat and listened, and had a ball. The mighty Krevlar played it like he owned it. Great job Skip, and thanks. Herb Clay played drums and was fantastic as always. A good time, and nobody got hurt.....JW
