What size are they and how much should they cost?

Chuckie,

the pots are 250 kilo-ohm audio taper, the capacitor is .05 MFD. Standard Fender replacement pots and caps for a Stratocaster have the same values.

Hi Chuck You can get the pots from Stewart Macdonald guitar shop, Online at www.stewmac.com The have the 250k pots you need, and the tone control caps as well.
