Is this guy reaching for the stars or is this guitar really valuable? Maybe I can get 99 other players to go in on the bid and we can pass it around monthly.

I'm no expert, but that body looks a might funny...

Also funny is $15000 plus $1 Insurance!

I'm quite unfamiliar with quads--especially pre- Stringmaster. That body is indeed different from my Dual Pro with the extra control ledge. What's up?

That guitar never happened at Fender. Could have been a fan of Leo's with a brainstorm.

It's the closest thing I have ever seen to a 4 neck Custom which I have never seen! I still question as to whether or not Leo ever made any 4 neck Customs ??? This guitar is a "Buyer Beware" !!! The seller ($$$$$$) must be dreaming.

Looks like Fender hardware mounted on a home-made body. There's a chance it could be a "one off" or an early prototype, but that's doubtful.

Leo Fender NEVER did anything out of the norm
It took me 5 years to convince him to add a 4th leg to my Custom..There were no inventions that left the factory, they had enough trouble producing what they had,

These Rube Goldbergs are going to surface now that Leo is gone,,,but Im still here and this never happened. Go to the bank and bank on it..Never Happened.

Check out the seller's feedback. He actually bought 4 chrome diamonds and a Fender badge logo from an auction that a fellow forum member was running a while back. Look below.

It's interesting that his claims are "ONE OF A KIND" and "IT IS LIKE NEW", as they would be hard to dispute if a poor soul who wound up with this thing figuered out they got duped.

Reminds me of those guys on the streets of New York selling Rolex watches that have Rolex misspelled - oh, and the photos are so clear and sharp. Is that vasoline on the lens?

I see this morning that the fellow took the guitar off Ebay. I emailed him last night and told him to check out the comments here on the forum. Guess he did!

At first blush, it would appear this guy thought he'd 'cut a fat hog in the ass' and ended up with a full-court-press, anal exam.

A fraud thwarted? (say that 3 times real fast)

Now that's a tongue twister!

Reminds me of my first guitar buying experience (the money-guitar situation, not the anal exam....)but luckily I only flushed $350.00 instead of $15,000...

I wonder what the guitar sounds like. If it's condition and sound are both good, shouldn't it have some value due to the 4th neck? Maybe $500 if it were in good playable shape?
