Yes I have some info.
George L does not make a 910.
George L steel guitar pickups are:
"10-1"
"E-66"
"PF-1"
"PF-2"
"TW".

Bill Lawrence Makes a 910 and it is AWESOME!!> To me that pickup reacts and reminds me of the sound picked up by the No longer made 705 by Bill Lawrence.

I have a Lawrence 912 in my Zum U-12.It sounds absolutely tremendous. Plenty of bottom and crisp clear highs. The string separation is perfectly audible.

I liked the 912 in my Zum, but now I like the Lawrence LXR-16 better.

Earnest, how close to the sound of a single coil is the LXR16, in your opinion? I can't abide the loss of clarity associated with humbuckers, but I have yet to find a single coil pickup with minimal hum. Thanks, R B.

Sorry Richard, but I really don't know the anser to your question. I have a hard time describing the sounds of pickups, beyond "too bright" or "too dark". In my opinion 712 was too bright, and 912 was a little too dark (on my Zum). But I prefer a brighter sound than most people like.
