Liberian Offer

I just received an e-mail from a Liberian who wanted to do a business trasaction for himself and I would have $65 million at my disposal. Seems he was the "Chief Weapons Procurement Director" of Liberia.
I have been reading about others on the forum receiving this trash too. I am reminded of what BG McAuliffe said to the Germans when they ask him to surrender - NUTS! Think I may tell this fellow that too.
