I thought the ornithologists might be interested in this.
In this month's "international musician" there is an article on Jerry Byrd's new autobiography which is entitled "It Was A Trip - on Wings of Music" (Centerstream Publishing).
To quote: "It also contains Byrd's complete steel guitar discography, which is the largest in the world."

Besides the discography, it is a VERY interesting history of/by one of the most revered pioneers of country steel guitar. He was an inspiration to everyone from Buddy Emmons to the steelers of today. Get a copy...you won't be sorry to have it in your "library".
