Hey guys,
There is a fellow named Chris who is very interested in pedal steel. He is in the Atlanta area. He has found a couple of used steels and needs some guidance. Now is your chance to pay back the help you got when you started out!

contact him at bluesboy2003@hotmail.com

Steve, I've followed this thread on the Steel Guitar Nashville forum. You are class act my friend.

Carl Dixon, Gaylon Matthews and Mark Van Allen are three steelers in that area that I can think of. I'm sure there are more. How about it steelers from the Atlanta area?

Respectfully,
Dave Burr

Steve

If your friend gets in contact with Bill Ferguson or Larry Moore, have him get some information about the Convention in Saluda, SC. Buddy Walker & Charlie Reece run a first class show. I beleive that they have 5 shows a year and at least 2 of the shows, an instruction seminar is conducted. I have been to 2 great Seminars...one by Jeff Newman in February and one by Chuck Lettes in August. If your friend can provide contact info (e-mail), I'm willing to help him out with some starting materials. E-mail me.
