Weldon Myrick-Reggie Young told me that the first time he ever worked with Weldon,WM had a cast on his leg-he had broken it in a motorcycle accident...it was a Lefty Frizzell session. |

Tommy, that was Weldon on Lefty's cut. Steve mentioned Weldon and Reggie Young. They coordinated on a lot of classic hits over the years. Two great players. |

Just curious, didn't Lefty do some of his early recording sessions at Beck Studios in Dallas? This was before Nashville. There were several steelguitar players doing session work. Thought some of Lefty's early hits were recorded at the Beck studio. I could be wrong. |
