I am looking for a more up tempo version of 'You win again' than the versions that I have. Does anyone know if any one has done a good 4/4 shuffle version?

Clive

The Grateful Dead did a very nice version on "Live in Europe 72". garcia did not play steel, but it is more uptempo I think than Hank's.

I guess I can toot my own horn here; I recorded an up tempo version of this song on my band's latest album (3 Wheel Drive-"Just Us"). Available only from band members. Let me know if you would like a CD($15) or cassette ($10)plus a buck or so shipping. I will also have some at the Texas show...see me at Bill Stafford's table (WJS Productions)
Thanks.

Hi Clive

I'll be in Dallas as well. Look me up near Dick Meis' booth. He'll know where I am..

If I'm not getting senile (questionable), I think Jerry Lee Lewis did this song on an album back in the 60's. Jerry Hays, where are you? (He would know for sure)

Right you are Jim Bob

I had a look and it's on "Golden Hits" (Smash SRS 67040 from 1964) and "By Request" (Smash SRS 67086 from 1966)
