Tom, I have owned and enjoyed "In Time" CD for several years (One of my fave CD's, by my personal all time favorite player).
Unfortunately the liner notes are not very explicit as to pickers besides yourself and Steve Wariner.
I would very much like to know the "who played what" on the album.
Also, not to gherm but just to let you know-I know you have had a long and varied career with many "classic" steel guitar moments on many recordings with legendary artists... I think your playing on the steel solo and the long ending of "Last Time Around" by Rick Nelson on the Rudy the Fifth album is some of the most beautiful steel guitar playing I have ever heard in my life. It has been an inspiration to me as a player since I first owned the record when it was new.
There... I said it. |

Hi Dave,
I'm alive and well, just been on vacation awhile.
You must have one of the very first copies which they left out the credits. Here is a list of the guys that did such a great job on the album.
Buddy Hyatt......piano,keyboard
Wayne Killius....drum
Jimmy Carter....bass
Troy Lancaster....Elec. Guitar
Vic Clay........acustic guitar
Special guest
Steve Wariner....Lead guitar
Ray Flacke......Lead guitar
I'm glad you've enjoyed some of the things I've done and I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you.

Tom, don't want to 'poach' Dave's post, but I know everyone on the forum wants to know about your back surgery and how you're doing...How about it? FRED
