ANYONE have any Pete Cassell records from around 1949? They'd be on KING label.

I have a qyarter million old records, but , I don't recall any by Pete Cassel. If I am not mistaken he was on the Wheeling Jamboree.I do however have a coupl e records on 4 STAR label of a guy named DELBERT BARKER.. I love these post- makes me want to go look thru OLD RECORDS and remember how musi used to be. The King # 501 was the Shepard Bros. In reality - MERLE TRAVIS and GRANDPA JONES. Pete's first and more than likley his most popular was "A Message To The One I Love".

Great voice with a unique style.
I believe this was recorded on London records.Possibly Mercury Records,I dont beleive it was on King records,I may be wrong,BUT??
