Had an interesting topic for the forum for some to chew on.Here is the idea. You see so much recently about Lets say the life and times of say such and such, why couldnt someone make a video about the life and times of say the great steel guitar players of our day.How would the life and times of Buddy Emmons,Hal Rugg,Bobbe Seymour or Maurice Anderson. These people have had such blessed lives as far as playing goes and I think it would be interesting to see where they grew up,what the parents looked like, the house they grew up in as well as interviews with people that know them the best. Really though, the singers get all the credit and I think it is time to give credit to where it is due,to the backup players. What do you all think. Is this a remote possibility?Just wondering.I will shut up if you all think it is a stupid idea or even silly. Richard

How did you know that was an MSA Pete? It has aluminum necks! Yep, you caught me, of course this picture was taken in 1974, I got this guitar back two years ago then sold it to a weekend player near Paducah KY. The alum necks seemed to help slightly, it was sort of and expermental guitar that Maurice was nice enough to have built for me.(93 lbs. in the case!) Wonder what Maurice would do for me today? How 'bout it Reecee-poo, I need a MSA with aluminum necks.
No brace on the finger piviot shaft, six hole bellcranks, no pickup mounting slides, solid keyheads, chrome steel adjustable legs,
a 10 pound fibre case, Birds-eye maple front,silk-screened metal fret-boards,and Bill Lawrence 9-10 pickups and, and , and,oh never mind, I can't afford it anyway, Peter B., dontlook at my web-site so close!
