I seem to be having trouble getting items I ordered from Folk of the Wood. They are always out of stock. I thought this was a reputable place. They have my credit card number. Is Paul Beard part of this outfit, or part of Resophonic Outfitters? I'm now trying to get a simple Webb strap. Who makes these straps anyway? They seem to all claim to deal in Beard products. I can't tell who is who. A month ago I ordered a simple video from FOTW, and have been given nothing but excuses as to why I don't have it yet. What's the deal?

Paul Beard Guitars and Resophonic Outfitters are one and the same. FOTW is a separate company..

You could order direct from Beard at 301-733-8271.

FOTW is kind of slow sometimes but they have always come through. I bought a Regal tricone from them last Winter and the deal went through fine. I have a Gold Tone lap steel on order from them now and it is also taking a little longer than I would like.
Uff-Da!
