Thanks Don. I'm glad, but not surprised, that you like the tape. The poor technical quality notwithstanding, it is pretty amazing. Curly really was the best.
I attended the show that comprises the first 75 minutes. There was no opening act, not guest artists, and no vocalists. Just Curly and guitarist Johnny Davis, who plays guitar as well as Curly plays steel, and the other guys (including our fellow forumite Jim Bob Sedgewick on bass), playing their hearts out all afternoon. It was the best steel guitar show I ever attended.
