I gather from seeing your posts that you know alot of the steelers in the big road bands.

How do you get this information?

Troy grew up in Claremore, Ok., and could play most of Lloyd Greens songs note-for-note before he was big enough to carry his own steel. His mother and I worked for the same company for a few years.

I learn about these steel players in road bands through this forum or the internet, or if I go to a concert I listen closely for the singer to tell who his or her steel player is. Brett Day, Emmons S-10
