Looking for info on Evans FET500 Amp

I have the opportunity to buy a mint conditon Evans FET500 amp with the latest Black Widow speaker installed in it. Can anyone tell what it is worth and also if I buy the amp, is there a website or address where I can get a owners manual and also find out how old the amp is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am useing a Fet500lv with a black widow speaker in it now and I'm real pleased with it . That amp should be worth about 600.00 in that condition. Buck
