I've had a bunch of tracks sent to me by members and want to say thanks a lot!! I use Macintosh & BIAB v. 8. A couple of tracks sent to me when downloaded came as AOL documents & I can't do anything with them. Can anyone straighten me out? Thanks

If you're talking about Band-in-a-box files, and they are not recognized by BIAB as such, try changing the file name to something with a suffix the program understands, like NAME.MGU or something like that. BIAB for the Mac is dumber than most Mac programs in that respect. Use capitals for the file extension, sometimes it doesn't work in lower case if the file was generated on a PC. |
